Tagging

Any loyal readers out there enjoy tagging, or doing graphic design online? With either Photoshop or PaintShop Pro?? I’ve seen some beautiful tags out there, and have become recently really intrigued on how to do it. As I was talking to a friend about it, I have no idea what the possibilities are. But I’m very interested in learning. So if there are any peeps out there that 1) know how to do it, and wouldn’t mind teaching me the very basics at first…with either program. Or 2) know how to do it, and have a group I could join, that would help me learn how…that would be very much appreciated!
